Kyle Verchereau

Coaching Bio

Kyle grew up in Central Vermont playing club soccer for Capital SC. He graduated from U-32 high school in 2015, where he was named First Team All-State. He then moved on to New England College to pursue a degree in coaching, as a player he started every game until injury. He then transferred to Johnson State College (now Northern Vermont University - Johnson) to continue his degree in coaching. While at Johnson Kyle was named captain his first year as a sophomore and the following year led the team to their first playoff game in over 5 years.

Kyle started coaching young at age 16 with Capital Soccer 2013-2015 and assisted the 8th grade boys team at U-32 in 2014. He then coached at Queen City FC 2016-2019. Kyle became the Vice President of GRIND Soccer in 2017, providing private training as well as hosting clinics and camps around Vermont. He was named Rice boys assistant coach fall 2019, working primarily with the Goalkeepers.

Kyle currently holds his USSF E license.
