Dr. Lindsay Jernigan spoke to Nordic parents with practical advice for parents of young athletes in times of adversity.
We have all been asked to deal with a lot of change since March. It's been difficult for our players, and we're amazed at how well many of them appear to have handled it. But we know it's also been incredibly difficult for our parents. Many of you have been required to act as teachers, day-care providers, coaches, social workers and home makers - among many other things!
Balancing that lot and trying to raise happy, healthy athletes as well is incredibly difficult.
Watch Dr. Lindsay Jernigan's excellent discussion with resources and practical advice for parents on navigating the parental journey through adversity.
